Housing Rehabilitation Program

The Charter Township of Brownstown is pleased to offer the Housing Rehabilitation Program.

This Program is designed to assist Brownstown residents in a low to low-moderate income range that are in need of home improvements.  Our program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and urban Development (H.U.D.), under the direction of Wayne County.

We are currently establishing a waiting list.  If you would like further information regarding qualification guidelines or would like to know more about the program, please contact Denise Sciacca, Rehab Coordinator (9:00 am - 12 Noon on Mondays & Thursdays only) or Building Official Chuck Earl at (734) 675-0166.
