Proposed Amendments to Zoning Ordinance

Proposed modifications to the Charter Township of Brownstown Zoning Ordinance entitled “Ordinance to Restate Zoning Ordinance for the Charter Township of Brownstown” that replaces Ordinance #141-38 and all prior amendments thereto. First Reading approved on February 2, 2009. A copy of the complete ordinance can also be reviewed at the Township Clerk’s Office located at 21313 Telegraph Road, Brownstown, MI 48183. Ordinance considered for adoption on or after the March 2, 2009 regularly scheduled meeting.
