2013 Hardship Application
Sharon Doom, a level III Certified State Assessor and Personal Property Examiner, is responsible for calculating the taxable value of all of the property in Brownstown. The department also processes property transfer affidavits, principal residence exemption affidavits and records land splits in accordance with the Land Division Act.

In addition to her normal assessing responsibilities, Doom is continuing to conduct a complete update of the property record cards for all township properties.
