Leash & Sanitation Laws

Brownstown Township "Requires that dogs be on a leash and under control at all times when on property other than the owners. No person owning or having custody or control of an animal shall intentionally, permit the animal to defecate on any property, unless it is the owners property, or unless such person immediately collects all fecal matter deposited by the animal.
