Noisy Pets
This is one of the most common complaints. We understand that dogs do bark and it only becomes a problem when it falls under Ordinance 133.804. If you think you may own a barking dog, which is described in the below ordinance, barking collars have been known to very effective.
Noise Ordinance 133.804 states: No person shall keep or harbor
any dog, cat or other animal, in a kennel or otherwise, which by
loud, frequent or habitual barking, howling, growling, yelping,
baying, crying, whining, or any other sound shall cause an annoyance
to a neighborhood or to people passing to or fro on the streets, nor
shall disturb the public peace, nor shall constitute a menace to the
public health, safety or welfare.
