Description :
Brownstown Township is seeking a highly qualified, extremely motivated individual to fill the position of full-time Office Specialist in the Elections Department. Requires proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet; ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with residents, employees and the general public. BS&A software and/or election experience desirable.
This union position has a starting wage of $17.17 per hour. Under the current contract, there is a four-year progressive wage increase up to $22.32 per hour. Generous full-time benefits including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 10% Township pension contribution and paid vacation, sick and holidays.
