Cop on a Block
During the warmer months, the Brownstown Police Department periodically meets in a neighborhood at a local park, street, or other area with the residents from that neighborhood to have an honest and open discussion with our residents. We share information about current events, new programs, crime prevention tips, new crime trends, and to simply find out quality of life issues affecting them. We typically hold these around 6pm weather permitting from April through October or indoors where we can in the colder months.
If you are interested in hosting a cop-on-a-block event in your Brownstown Neighborhood, please contact Lt. Andrew Starzec at astarzec@brownstownpolice-mi.org or 734-675-1300 ext. 1133.
