Background Clearance

Background checks are conducted for Brownstown Twp. residents Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays.   
Applicants must appear in person with valid photo identification.  There is a $10.00 fee for this service.  All transactions must be paid in cash.  The Department is unable to provide change.
