• Rabies vaccination certificate
• $10 per dog / $5 per cat (After April 30th, dogs are $20/ cats are $10)
• First dog or cat is free for seniors (65 and older). Free until April 30th. Each additional animal license shall be issued at 1/2 the regular cost of the license.  All licenses purchased after April 30th are regular price.

• Valid dog license
• Signed wavier
• Proof of the following vaccinations:  Residents $25 for one year from date of purchase
• Rabies
• Bordetella
• Distemper parvo
• Leptospirosis
• Replacement fob is $25
