About Our Director

Teresa Graves began overseeing the Parks and Recreation Department in April 2021.

Before coming to Brownstown she spent 8 years with the City of Dearborn as a Recreation Supervisor.  She is a member of Michigan Recreation and Park Association as well as a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional and member of the National Recreation and Park Association.

Teresa holds a degree in Parks and Recreation Administration from Central Michigan University. She and her husband Andrew have 2 young children.
